UK League Chat (Ep. 26) – Barrage Esports, NLC & UKLC – ft. Froomie

Welcome to UK League Chat, a podcast focused on the UK League of Legends scene. Listen in to get the views of experts from the scene, from Esports journalists to the players themselves, on tournaments such as the NLC and UKLC.

This episode sees Lee and Tom joined by Barrage Esports’ League of Legends Director Richard ‘Froomie’ Froom, who has been with the organisation since 2018, to discuss how they put together the Summer 2020 rosters both for the NLC and UKLC leagues.

Also discussed is the season so far; how each side is doing and how the expectations differ for their main and academy teams. As always, weekly predictions for the upcoming NLC week gave Froomie, Tom and Lee a chance to give their views on recent games, and look ahead at what we can expect from each side over the rest of the split.
